Mass Creativity 2022
Mass Creativity is the Museum’s signature outreach program, bringing hands-on, art-making opportunities to diverse communities in San Diego. This year’s 10th annual Mass Creativity program starts with free Imaginative Storytelling workshops held at seven community centers, in which families help tell their community’s story by creating pages of a collective book through painting, drawing and collaging. The workshops then culminate on Mass Creativity Day, an outdoor celebration of art, creativity and community at The New Children’s Museum, where the seven different community pages will be woven together!
Mass Creativity Day will be held on June 25, 9am-3pm, in the Museum Park with live music, food, family-friendly activities and free admission to the Museum all day!

*Skyline Hills Library and City Heights/Weingart Library’s community workshops are open to the public. All other locations are by invitation only from the participating community center.
