The KIND Summer Camp Scholarship Fund

Thanks to the continued support by KIND Healthy Snacks as well as individual donations by participating camp families, The New Children’s Museum is pleased to offer summer camp scholarships again this summer season.

The Museum is happy to offer full and partial (60% covered) funding to families who would not otherwise be able to participate in our program.

Funding and Eligibility Guidelines: The New Children’s Museum follows gross income eligibility guidelines established for the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch program. To check your eligibility, please refer to the outline chart located here.

In order to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must complete a Scholarship Application Form. If the form is not completed, the recipient will not be considered. We will accept applications throughout the summer, but we encourage you to send it in as soon as possible, as programs fill up quickly. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis to those who qualify (based on financial need).

Families will be notified whether or not they have received a scholarship approximately two weeks after we receive your application materials. The applicant’s family is expected to provide transportation to and from the Museum for the camper each day of the program as well as lunch each day.

About KIND Healthy Snacks: KIND continues to be committed to bringing you wholesome and delicious snacks. We promise to always choose high quality ingredients over recipe short-cuts and provide snacks that are both healthy AND tasty – not one or the other. We believe Kindness can change the world. That’s why we’re on a mission to make the world a little kinder and have been since we were founded in 2004. We call this the KIND Movement. To learn more visit

At this time, all scholarship funding has been awarded. We encourage families to submit an application in the event that more funding becomes available.
