Current Drop-In Activity: Walk Through the Comsos

“Walk Through the Cosmos” is now open in the Drop-In Activity Space!

On March 5th 2021, the Space Rover Perseverance touched down on the Mars landing site name after the acclaimed science fiction writer, Octavia E. Butler.

We are excited to offer visitors a “landing site” to jump, climb, and crawl! This interactive space features large, moon-like craters with surfaces that simulate different planetary terrains. It’s an innovative way for children to develop motor skills and learn in a fun, space-themed setting.

Inspired by Butler, we hope it ignites young minds to explore from a perspective where all things are possible. Her work continues to inspire generations of readers, writers, creatives and scientists alike.

This Drop-In activity is sponsored by ResMed.
