We’re excited to have you join us for our annual fundraising gala, Studio 200: Be the Art! Here are a few quick reminders and some helpful tips for our attendees (click the pink links below for more info)! Still need to buy tickets? Get your tickets here!
Proof of full vaccination or proof of negative COVID test within 72 hours of event is required. If you have not yet emailed us a proof of vaccination, please do so now to reduce your time at check-in: firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also bring your vaccination card to the event. Masks are not required but highly encouraged when not eating or drinking.
Come as a blank canvas and transform yourself artistically throughout the evening OR come already dressed inspired by your favorite art. Please note: the party takes place both inside and outside, so dress accordingly! Click here for attire ideas.
We are offering complimentary valet parking for all guests, accessible at the corner of Union and Island. Island Avenue will be closed for the party, so please turn on Union from Market Street and the valet station will be at the end of the street. Or feel free to Uber or Lyft!
Party guests will enter on Island Avenue off of Union Street. After walking the pink carpet and getting your photo snapped in front of our Studio 200 Step and Repeat, you’ll check in at the Registration Table near our entry bridge. Registration for VIP ticket holders begins at 6pm and main event registration begins at 6:30pm.
Throughout the night you will have the opportunity to help raise funds for our access programs through Fund A Need stations as well as through our Art Show. Both are live now if you want to take a look and start giving now! At the event you may use your phone to pay through Shopify with credit card or Apple Pay.

If you can no longer attend the event on Saturday, please let us know (by emailing email@example.com) so that we can release your ticket to attendees on the waiting list.
