The Museum's Makerspace
The Rosso Family Foundation Innovators LAB is our collaborative makerspace where guests of all ages are invited to explore creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on artmaking. Through open-ended projects and self-directed exploration, visitors can experiment with a wide variety of materials and tools in a welcoming, curiosity-driven environment.
What's New In the LAB?
We’ve recently updated the Innovators LAB schedule and guidelines to better serve all our visitors:
-
All ages welcome! Children under 5 must be accompanied by a supporting caregiver.
-
Safety-focused materials: Items like hot glue guns, adult scissors, beads, and other small or potentially hazardous materials will only be available upon request and at the discretion of the studio team.
-
Real-time capacity management: RSVPs are no longer required—we’ll monitor seating in real time.
Please note: On select days, Open Making may be replaced with a special artist- or partner-led program. The LAB will remain open, and guests are encouraged to participate!
