Join us for Tiny Hands, Big Art at The New Children’s Museum, where creativity knows no bounds! Designed for toddlers and their caregivers, this engaging art program invites little ones to explore the joy of self-expression through hands-on activities.    

In each session, participants and their caregivers will dive into a variety of fun and age-appropriate art activities, from painting and sculpting to collaging and sensory play. Our experienced instructors will guide you and your child as you discover new materials and techniques. Caregivers will also learn valuable strategies to foster their child’s creativity at home, empowering them to confidently support their toddler’s development.  Each session is 60 minutes and $25 each or 2 sessions for $40.

Important Details:  

• Session are $25 each or 2 sessions for $40. 

• This workshop is 60 minutes and requires both the participation of the toddler and the caregiver.  

• Location: This workshop takes place in our brand-new Art Studio inside The New Children’s Museum at 200 W. Island Avenue San Diego, CA 92101. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early to park and make your way to the Art Studio.  

• Museum Access + Parking: The Museum will be closed to the public on the day of this workshop, however the Art Studio will be open. Limited parking will be available in the Museum garage at no additional cost to workshop participants and caregivers. Nearby public parking lots and metered spaces are also available.  

• Public Transportation: The Museum is accessible via the MTS Trolley Green Line and MTS Bus.
