Meet other local caregivers of young children and learn from local experts in a supportive space. In acknowledgment of Maternal Mental Health Month in May, three postpartum experts, Jodi LaDue, Amy Lajiness and April Douglas with different professional backgrounds in psychology, psychotherapy and physical therapy, will lead caregivers in an informal discussion to help dispel common myths of postpartum life. Full childcare is not provided at this event but this is an encouraged baby-wearing event, and engagements will be provided for young children in attendance. This event is free with refreshments!
