Hello! This is a destination for all of your internal marketing requests including but not limited to graphic design needs, printing needs, social media thoughts, website updates, and more. Marketing Request Form

  • What is the goal with this piece? How can we support you? Please include any deliverables you need here (ex: logo, eblast, collateral, website updates, etc.)
  • Who will see this? Who is it going to?
  • Please provide 3-5 bullet points of copy or a link to a Sharepoint document that has more information about your request.
  • If you are requesting flyers or signs, please write quantity here.
  • If you are requesting graphic needs, please specify any color or design expectations you'd like us to consider.
  • What key dates should we be aware of to be able to prioritize this request.
  • Anything that needs outside printing (collateral and signage) MUST include a budget. If you submit $0, we will send the deliverable to you to print internally.
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    If needed, add an attachment to make your request more clear.
