What is Mi Familia, Mi Historia?

The Museum is building bridges through a unique collaboration with Casa Familiar and UCSD’s Institute of Arts and Humanities. We engage with Latino/a families living in San Ysidro to make university and museum culture more accessible through documenting family stories, art-making workshops, special events, field trips to USCD, and even a past exhibition, People + Places by Rizzhel Javier, in the Museum’s Community Gallery.

This program is made possible with support from California Humanities, a nonprofit partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Visit www.calhum.org.

Closed for Comic-Con

The Museum will be closed July 18 through July 21 for Comic-Con. Members receive free reciprocal admission at participating locations during this time.
