  • To help ensure the safety of our campers, please designate the name(s) of any adult (including yourself) who is authorized to pick up your child at the end of the day. Please note that campers will not be released to adults who are not on this list. If you need to add additional adults at a later point, you are welcome to do so via email or in person.
  • Programs are subject to change or cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. In this instance, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance if your session is cancelled and you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Should you cancel registration for any reason, you must provide notice 14 days before session start date to receive a refund less a 5% administrative fee. Refunds are issued in the form of a check, and may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds will be given within 14 days of session start date. However, camp fees can be allocated toward another session during the same program within the same calendar year. We are unable to offer refunds for days missed due to illness or other circumstances.
  • All participants and guardians of participants assume all risks for themselves and their minor children which might result from:
    · Any injuries resulting from participation in program activities such as bumps and bruises
    · The sharing of medical information to necessary Museum staff or medical professionals in the case of emergency
    · The administration of epi-pens or other medications if arranged in advance
    · My child’s self-administration of epi-pens or medications if not arranged in advance
  • In case of a medical emergency, I hereby give my permission for my child to be treated by a qualified physician or at a hospital. If necessary to the treatment, transportation by ambulance is also authorized. (Parent or Guardian is responsible for payment of medical treatment.)
  • I grant The New Children’s Museum permission to use photos/videos taken during this program in Museum publications and approved media sources such as the daily photo diary shared via Flickr.
