Words Alive works to identify, develop, support and administer programs that promote literacy and reading with low-income, underserved and at-risk populations in San Diego County.

Storyteller Harlynne Geisler has spent half of her life telling stories. Help her celebrate 30 years as a storyteller and her 60th birthday at 3pm this Sunday. This nationally known family performer has the stickers, international string figures, puppets, and multicultural stories—just bring your little ones!
